Terms & Conditions

By renting garments from Superb Dress Collective ("we," "us," "our"), you ("the renter," "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Rental Agreement

Upon payment, you enter into a rental agreement with us for a specified period. The rented garment is for your exclusive use and must not be shared. You are responsible for the garment during the rental period and liable for any damage or claims arising while the garment is in your possession. All rentals are for the agreed period, and garments must be returned by the specified date. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and rentals are available only within New Zealand. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Garment Arrival Time

We aim to deliver your garment at least one day before your event. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for unforeseen delays caused by postal services or other factors beyond our control.

3. Rental Date Selection

Select the date of your event when booking. If you require the garment for a longer period, please email info@superbdresscollective.com to make arrangements. 

4. Damage

You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. In the case of significant damage or loss, you will be charged for repair or replacement costs. Legal action may be pursued if the issue is not resolved by you.

5. Cleaning Procedures

We handle all cleaning. Do not attempt to clean the garment yourself, as improper cleaning can cause damage.

6. Unpaid Fees and Theft

Failure to pay fees or return a garment may result in additional charges, including the full retail value of the garment, and potential legal action.

7. Issues Upon Receiving a Rental

Inspect the garment upon receipt. If there are any issues, contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any problems promptly.

8. Item Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our garments. Please note that rental garments may show minor signs of wear. Significant wear will be noted in the item description.

9. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If the garment is faulty or not as described, contact us to discuss a resolution. If you are unsure or would like further clarification on this, please email info@superbdresscollective.com

10. Shipping/Postal Rentals

We offer shipping within New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Ensure your delivery address is correct; we are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses.

11. Pick Up and Drop Off

If you choose to pick up and/or drop off the garment, adhere to the agreed times. Late returns may incur additional fees.

12. Extended Rental Selection

If you require the garment for longer than the standard rental period, please email info@superbdresscollective.com for arrangements to be made. 

13. Sizing

We provide sizing information for each garment. If you are unsure about fit, contact us before booking via email info@superbdresscollective or our Instagram page. 

14. Wear

Garments should be worn as intended. Avoid activities that may cause damage, such as dancing on rough surfaces or exposure to smoke.

15. Return Cards

Include the provided return card with the garment when returning it to ensure proper processing.

16. Bulk Rentals & Gift Cards

For bulk rentals or gift card purchases, contact us directly to discuss terms and availability.

17. Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes if feasible but cannot guarantee modifications after the order is processed.

18. Modifications to Our Website/Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

19. Ex-Rentals

Ex-rental garments are available for purchase. These items are sold as-is, and all sales are final.
