Shipping and Delivery Information

Shipping Options:

When placing an order with Superb Dress Collective, you can choose from the following delivery methods:

  • Delivery with Return Postage: Receive your item, with return postage included. 
  • Timaru Collection: Pick up your order directly from our Timaru location.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress by clicking on the tracking link.

Address Accuracy:

Ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Any modifications to the shipping address should be communicated to us at least 24 hours before dispatch. If a rural address is provided but standard shipping is selected, the additional cost will be invoiced and must be settled before shipment.

Please be cautious when requesting address redirections, as this can lead to delivery delays due to processing and relabeling. We are not responsible for delays resulting from address changes.

Shipping Process:

We partner with GoSweetSpot for our shipping needs. All parcels come with pre-paid return bags. Follow the instructions provided to ensure a smooth return process.

Delivery Responsibility:

Superb Dress Collective is not liable for shipping delays, missed deliveries, or postal errors caused by GoSweetSpot. It's your responsibility to be available for the delivery or to collect the parcel from the post office. If you anticipate being unavailable between 8am and 5pm, consider having the parcel delivered to an alternative address where someone can receive it.

We are not accountable for lost or stolen items once delivered. If a garment is lost or stolen while in your care or due to missed delivery, you will be responsible for the full retail value of the item and any associated future rental obligations. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Postal Cut-Off Times:

To ensure weekend delivery, place your postal rental orders by Wednesday at 1 pm. Orders placed after this time for the upcoming weekend should select the Saturday delivery option.

Please note that orders made less than three full working days before the rental start date or after the Wednesday cut-off are at the renter's risk regarding timely arrival.
